Liked staying at the family room with tea and a double bed. The breakfast was wonderful with options like scrambled eggs, an electric juicer, and hot dishes.

The hotel is in the dountown. The room was a good view to the harbour.

We liked almost everything about the hotel, the location is excellent. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly at all times during our stay. We found breakfast to be of a high standard, with plenty of choise for everyone. We stayed in the Hotel for evening meal on the Friday night and it was very good. We enjoyed the fact that the Hotel was nice and busy with a good atmosphere. My husband and I were very pleased with the view we had from our room. It was looking out towards the water. My husband and I would be happy to return to stay in the Quality Hotel Lulea in the near future. Infact we are looking to book some accommodation for around about February 2012. We were very glad we stayed at the Quality Hotel Lulea.

Would have liked the sauna to be for male and female instead of two seperate saunas, maybe making one large sauna rather two small saunas. Sauna should be open from 9a.M. not 5p.M. to suit buisnessmen coming back from meetings. We were on holiday and so wanted the sauna to be avialable during the day, but it was not open for use until 5p.M. which was to late for us.

Lovely hot breakfast, centrally located, lake and recreational activities nearby, convenient for sight-seeing, clean room, easy check-in.

Amazingly nice staff and magnificent location in the centre of the town, everything was wonderful. The hotel was located in the centre of the city. The place was just a walking distance from Bla Gasen, where you can have dinner.

Great selection at breakfast and perfect location. Our room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.

nice room, good food, well situated. it was easy to get to with a car and had own parking space. it accomodated dogs also.

There was renovating going on and we arrived to the hotel on Friday and had to leave to a dog show very early on Saturday. when we arrived back to the hotel there was an awfull noice uptill 7 PM and we could not get any sleep and we were very tired since we had driven a long way to Luleå on Friday. I wish we would have gotten some compensation of the price....

Don't stay there during the Lulea festival as it gets too loud and you won't get any sleep.

the location couldn't be better. It is situated right in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible whether you are arriving by car or public transportation. We loved being able to explore the nearby shopping area and enjoy the beautiful waterfront just a short walk away.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area.

Truly enjoyed my perfect 10/10 stay for a business trip. the room was neat and modern with an amazing view over the lake. - the location was particularly good, quite close to Isbanan. - There was a good restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel. - the breakfast was lovely and enjoyable.

The hotel had a great location, close to local bars and restaurants, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds.

There was no onsite car parking, but there was a pay and display car park nearby. Additionally, the hot water ran out quickly during showers, which was a bit disappointing.

The location was simply amazing, right on the waterfront with stunning views. It was so convenient being in the center of the city, as we could easily walk to all the attractions and shops. The room was modern, new, and clean, and we had a great view over the harbor. The staff at the front reception were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also loved the welcome drink and the snack bar, which were nice touches.
